I have a 2000 Rancher 350 ES (electric shift). Never any trouble until the otherday. I started off in first. It was a cool day but not cold. I had set the manual choke. After I started off in first I pushed in on the choke too early and it died. I have tried everything to get it back in neutral. It won't shift! The ES must be in Neutral in order for it to start. I have used the Manual shift tool to try to shift back into Neutral and it still won't budge. Any suggestions? Teksun

All you have to do it sit on the machine and shake it vigorously back and forth. then shift while your shaking it back and forth. i have this problem almost every time i go riding. get into the habit of doing it.
